1 lb Cajun Fire Seasoning

Ingredients--Salt, Red Pepper, Spices, Sugar, MSG, Lemon, Garlic, Onion, Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking, and Spice Extractive.

  To Season 20-25 lbs of crawfish Use 1 lb of Cajun Fire in boiling water add 20-25 lbs of crawfishand boil for 8 minutes. Place in a cooler and sprinkle about 1/2 lb of Cajun Fire Seasoning before serving. Also great in Gumbos, Sprinkled on Fried Taters, and many other dishes.
